In partnership with various organizations, the Washington State Health Care Authority offers a helpline that operates around the clock. It's a service that doesn't cost anything and keeps your information private. You can reach out by phone at 866-789-1511 any time or send a text to 1-866-789-1511 from Monday to Friday between 9AM and 9PM. This service is accessible to all residents of the state through a collaboration with 211.
