The Iowa Department of Public Health sponsors Your Life Iowa, aiming to provide support and services to individuals seeking help with various mental health challenges. Assistance is available for concerns including substance abuse, mental health complications, or gambling problems. To initiate contact, call 855-581-8111 or send a text message to 855-895-8398.
